“Win Pioneer DDJ 1000 SRT” Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  Purchasing a product will not increase your chances of winning. 

1.   SWEEPSTAKES DATES:  The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 26, 2020 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 2, 2021 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are given in Eastern Time. 

2.  ELIGIBILITY:  The sweepstakes is open to all ages and all countries supported by Amazon.com Deliveries. Employees of Fusion Sound and Lighting (the “Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3.  TO ENTER:  There are two (2) ways to enter this Sweepstakes:

  1. Visit www.shopdjlife.com (the “Website”) and make a qualifying purchase to receive one (1) entry for every $5 purchased at the Website.  Entrant will need to provide all of the required information as requested in order to submit and complete a purchase. Upon completion of the purchase, Entrant will automatically receive the entry or entries for each purchase of $5 at the Website.  Sponsor may offer more entries during specific timeframes of the Sweepstakes and will post those offerings on the Website.  Neither Sponsor nor Independent Administrator is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.
  •   To receive an entry into the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, Entrant must do the following: on a plain 4” x 6” postcard (ENVELOPE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED), legibly handprint in black ink your first name, last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), phone, and e-mail address. “Win Pioneer DDJ 1000 SRT” 3201 pleasant garden rd (APT 3G), Greensboro, NC  27406. Entries must be postmarked by January 2nd, 2021 and received by January 10, 2021. Each postcard is considered five (5) entries into the Sweepstakes. NO ENVELOPES WILL BE ACCEPTED.  Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void.  No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage due or damaged mailed entries.

During the time frame in which more entries are offered via purchase, mail-in entries (follow directions for mail-in entries above) with the words “ADDITIONAL ENTRIES” hand written in the bottom left hand side of the postcard will earn “ADDITIONAL ENTRIES” if their entry is postmarked on the specified date(s). If the “ADDITIONAL ENTRIES” offer falls on a Sunday, the mail-in entry must be postmarked the Monday immediately following the offer.

Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of five hundred (500) entries per Entrant during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.  Entry information becomes property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Sponsor and/or Independent Administrator will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants.

Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant whose social media account that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein.

4.  WINNING/ODDS: There will be one (1) random drawing held on or about January 10, 2021 in Greensboro, NC in which one (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  Odds of winning the grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Independent Administrator, whose decisions are based upon its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects.

5. NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified via e-mail or mail within two (2) business days of the date in which the potential Grand Prize Winner is selected (the “Notification”). In order to claim his/her Grand Prize, the potential Grand Prize Winner must respond to the Notification within 3 days of sent notification. In the event that: (a) the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to respond to the Notification; (b) it is determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that the potential Grand Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, such potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

6.  PRIZE:  One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a Pioneer DDJ 1000 SRT. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,299. 

      PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:  Grand Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Grand Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value if advertised Grand Prize should become unavailable.  Grand Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws, rules and regulations. The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the Grand Prize he/she has received, including but not limited to any and all federal, state and local taxes.  No more than the one (1) Grand Prize as set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.

This Sweepstakes shall not be published without written permission by Sponsor.
