Refund policy
Overview
All apparel sales are FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE FOR FINAL SALE ITEMS. Please double check size and quantity BEFORE purchasing. For questions or concerns, please email us via djrickwebinfo@gmail.com.
Pre-orders
'Pre-order' is the term used when an item is currently out of stock, but will arrive back in stock within a certain timeframe and is available for pre-purchase. Any order containing a pre-order item will ship 4-5 weeks, or sooner, from the date the order was placed, along with the items that were not pre-order items. Pre-order items are FINAL SALE. On the rare occasion we experience a delay in the delivery of a pre-order style, we will contact you via email.
Returns
All apparel sales are final. accessories may be returned. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, without blemish and odor-less. We will verify its quality once the returned item is received. If the quality meets our standards, your refund will be processed. The cost of the return shipping is at the customer's expense. Items are the customer's responsibility until they are returned to us. Items that are not received by us will not be issued a refund. We recommend returning items through traceable mail and that customers ask for receipt of postage at the time of shipping.
Refunds
Only regular priced items (excluding apparel) may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Please email us at djrickwebinfo@gmail.com and include your order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via djrickwebinfo@gmail.com
Exchange
Exchanges will only be accepted if you have already purchased the correct, like-item product (i.e. you want to send back a medium sweatshirt, so you order the correct size of the same sweatshirt). Exchanges may not be possible in all cases. Once you've locked in your new item, please contact us via our djrickwebinfo@gmail.com. Exchanges/returns are not offered on sale items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Wrong/defective order
If you have received an incorrect order or if there is a defect on your order, please contact us via djrickwebinfo@gmail.com as soon as possible. If you received an incorrect order, please send us a photo of what you received along with your order number from your confirmation email. If you received a defective item, please send us a photo of the issue that you are referring to and we will replace your item. Any claims beyond the 30 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.
Final Sale
All apparel sales are FINAL SALE. Final sale products cannot be refunded, returned, and exchanged. E-gift cards cannot be refunded. ALL items purchased during Black Friday (November 29th, 2019) and Cyber Monday (December 2nd, 2019) will be considered FINAL SALE.
